2. Return Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return or refund if:
- The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
- The product was purchased directly from our website
Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned according to that retailer's return policy.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Products without proof of purchase
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at assist@vitboostis.world with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved
- Package the Item: Securely package the product in its original packaging
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided with your RAN clearly marked on the outside
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund
Please do not send returns without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise, including cases where:
- The wrong product was sent
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The product is defective
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
6. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
6.2 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. This includes:

After approval, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5-10 business days.

- Returns made after 14 days but within 30 days of delivery may be subject to a restocking or handling fee only where permitted by law and depending on the condition of the product

- Keep all original packaging materials
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

10. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return procedure.
Successfully cancelled orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
